Orthopedic surgery and traumatology of the foot and ankle are associated with taking on a high responsibility for a person. In order to achieve an optimal result, this inevitably requires a special trust and an extremely high experience on the part of the attending physician.

My many years of experience as a senior physician in foot and ankle surgery at the Balgrist Orthopedic University Clinic and intensive research in this area have created these prerequisites.

I can now look back on 20 years of experience with over 15,000 interventions.

The special focus of my medical work is on complex hindfoot interventions as well as the primary treatment of foot and ankle problems.

It is my declared goal to put all of my experience at the service of the health of my patients.
